Administrative Philosophy

The main job of an education system is to provide the best education possible and to foster the growth of its students. As an administrator, I will make it my goal to create a safe and secure school that promotes equality, fairness and discipline. I also believe it is important to create a community within the school that opens its doors to the community and encourages communication between the school and the families of our students. I am a firm believer that the more our schools communicate with the students and their families, the more prosperous our school will be. In addition, I believe in the use of technology and I will work hard in order to bring the most up to date technology to the school system. It is essential that our students have the experience with new technology so the students will be able to meet the needs of the workforce and overcome the challenges of the future.

Teaching Philosophy

In today's world, educators are even more important than ever before. As the needs of tomorrow's workforce changes, educators must make it their goal to adequately prepare students to meet the needs of the 21s century. Through the use of a hands-on student-centered approach, it is my goal to create a project-based learning environment that actively engages each student with real world-authentic assignments that incorporates technology. It is my goal to use a multitude of teaching strategies to create a community of learners. It is my goal to create a safe and friendly learning environment where diversity is celebrated and where students feel secure to exchange ideas freely. Students have a wide range of interests, abilities and intelligences and it is my goal to differentiate instruction and meet the needs of all of my students.
